These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeAmigo Mobile (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency, wallet, DeFi, and financial software in your jurisdiction;
- you will not use the App for any unlawful, prohibited, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

2. NATURE OF THE APP
TradeAmigo is provided as a non-custodial software interface. The App is not a bank, broker, custodian, escrow service, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary. We do not take custody of user funds through a centralized customer account and do not guarantee access to, recovery of, or protection for any user wallet, private key, or blockchain asset.

3. USER CONTROL AND RESPONSIBILITY
You remain solely responsible for:
- your wallet, wallet approvals, seed phrase, and private keys;
- reviewing transaction details before authorizing any signature;
- verifying token addresses, route details, bridges, fees, and slippage settings;
- complying with all local laws, tax rules, sanctions laws, and reporting requirements;
- securing your device, PIN, passwords, and backups.

4. NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE
Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow, lend, bridge, or trade any asset. All charts, analytics, rankings, alerts, AI outputs, and scanners are provided for informational purposes only.

5. NO ENDORSEMENT OF TOKENS OR SERVICES
A token, protocol, bridge, wallet, exchange, or strategy appearing in the App does not mean that it is approved, endorsed, guaranteed, verified, safe, or suitable. Experimental features, AI outputs, scanners, alerts, and ratings may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

6. RISKS OF CRYPTO, DEFI, AND BLOCKCHAIN USE
You acknowledge and accept that the use of digital assets and decentralized systems involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:
- extreme volatility
- total or partial loss of funds
- smart contract exploits
- rug pulls, honeypots, scams, or malicious contracts
- bridge failures
- DEX/exchange outages
- wallet compromise
- MEV, frontrunning, and slippage
- liquidations and margin losses
- incorrect route selection
- irreversible transactions
- delays or failures caused by node, network, protocol, or third-party issues

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may connect to or display information from third-party blockchains, nodes, exchanges, bridges, AI providers, chart services, analytics services, and notification systems. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, fees, terms, or privacy practices.

8. FEES, TAXES, AND CHARGES
You are solely responsible for all gas fees, network fees, validator fees, DEX fees, bridge fees, exchange fees, taxes, penalties, slippage costs, and other charges related to your use of the App or any third-party service.

9. AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE DISCLAIMER
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAmigo, its owner(s), developer(s), affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or any third-party protocol or service.

This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeAmigo and its affiliates, owners, developers, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:
- your use of the App;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party right;
- your misuse of wallets, protocols, tokens, APIs, or trading features.

12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
